Plans are being made in the Kingdom of Tonga to receive international Royalty, Heads of State, Heads of Government and other dignitaries who will pay their respects to the late King.   Members of Royalty include the Crown Prince of Japan and Imperial Family who will arrive with an entourage of 30.  From the United Kingdom, Representative of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester will attend the State Funeral.   

Heads of State include the Governor of American Samoa and the Vice President of Fiji.  The Prime Minister of New Zealand, Rt. Honourable Helen Clark will attend, as well as an official delegation from Australia. 
The European Union Ambassador, the Commonwealth Secretariat Special Envoy will attend, as well as Ambassadors and High Commissioners from India, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Papua New Guinea, Switzerland and the United States of America.
